We are delighted to welcome pupils and families to what promises to be an exciting and rewarding year.

This term, pupils will be studying a range of engaging topics. In RE, the focus will be on Local Church and Eucharist. In English, pupils will use The Origin of Species as a stimulus for writing a discovery narrative and an explanation text, alongside our class read, The Borrowers.

In Mathematics, pupils will complete work on fractions, move on to imperial and metric measures, and then begin algebra, fractions, decimals, and percentages.

In Science, pupils will study Evolution and Inheritance, while History will focus on the local census and what it reveals about our area.

Computing will cover online safety, Music will explore Baroque music, and PSHE will focus on health and wellbeing. In Art, pupils will work on Craft and Design, and in PE, they will develop skills through tag rugby.
