We’re so excited to start a new year of learning, fun and discovery together. This term, we’ll be exploring new topics, building our confidence in reading, writing and maths, and enjoying lots of creative activities along the way. We can’t wait to see all the amazing progress the children will make as they grow, learn and shine in Year 2!

 

Class Routines:

PE days are Tuesday and Wednesday. Year 2 have class water bottles in school so they don’t have to bring their own. Please aim to read with your child for 10 – 15 minutes per evening.

 

Homework / Spellings:

Homework books go out on a Monday to be returned on Friday. New phonics books go out on Friday to be returned the following Friday. Books that are not returned have a £5 replacement fee.
